Powell brings over 30 years of experience and offers contract calendering, laminating, engineering personnel, and research and development services to meet your needs.
 Powell's thermal calendering & laminating processes are capable of combining a wide variety of materials into multiple layer composites. We can also densify existing materials to increase strength or reduce porousity.
 Our Calendering & Flatbed laminator uses dry adhesives to combine two or more layers of substrate materials. We are capable of running heats up to 5,000 Fahrenheit with a full range of pressures up to 1,000 PSI. Our calendering capabilities include the option of running material steel to steel or steel to felt, single nip or S-wrap and widths up to 94 inches.
